Who Else Can Say

Their Mother In-law is on boxes of Kraft Mac and Cheese. She does work for a company that plans meeting for them. And for all her good work they did something like 1000 boxes like this. And donated $1000.00 to a chiarity of her choosing. Look for one on store shelf near you.

End Of Year

Well I was doing some totaling. Looks as I have 1350 miles between road, mtb and cross. My bigest mileage week was 88 miles that's in one week.

I do have another 300 some on the track. That is a wopping 1650 miles racing and training. I don't know if I will be able to put up big numbers like this again next year. With out going Pro or something.

Snow

I skied Parkside and Nordic, hopefuly more to come. Not doing the dry land training I used to before ski season makes sking alot more of a work out then I need sometime at this time of the year.
But It's fun and I get to see bikers try and ski, that always fun. Any one have snowburn on their face (Goat)
