UPDATES!
Well as norm. it's been a while since the last time I wrote here.
Been skiing not thatit is l lot I did manger to get out 15 times since Dec. I need to strat getting on the bike and see if the skiing did me any good. Now it just needs to get a little wamer out and everything wil be good.
